How would you like to help PDA Advisory Board member Jim McGovern roll back the awful Citizens United decision and directly take on "corporate personhood"?

Click here to contact your representative to ask her or him to be a cosponsor.

This week, on December 10th, we celebrate Human Rights Day, the day that marks 1948 adoption by the U.N. of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

People's Rights AmendmentAnd what better way to mark Human Rights Day than by joining with PDA Advisory Board member, Rep. Jim McGovern of Massachusetts, to help push for cosponsors for his new People's Rights Amendment?

Representative McGovern has just introduced H.J.Res. 88, a constitutional amendment that makes it clear that our constitutional rights are for people, and that a corporation is not a person.

I think this is a great resolution, directly in line with PDA work over the past few years. If you agree, help Representative McGovern's resolution by contacting your House member and asking him/her to cosponsor Jim's resolution.

Click here to contact your representative to ask her or him to be a cosponsor.

PDA thanks you, Representative McGovern. We are very proud you are on our Advisory Board.

Stay tuned! On January 20th, we'll be working with our friends who are pushing back against the Citizens United ruling when we "Occupy the Courts."
